- เป็นหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งแรกๆ ที่มีการเปิดสอนหลักสูตรแพทย์แผนจีน ซึ่งมหาวิทยาลัยก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1956
- เป็นหนึ่งใน 100 มหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้นับการพัฒนาให้มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักในระดับชาติตามโครงการ “National 211 Priority Project”
- มหาวิทยาลัย Beijing University of Chinese Medicine ได้ผลิตบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 300,000 คน ซึ่งในจำนวนนั้น มีทั้งชาวจีน และชาวต่างชาติ จาก 87 ประเทศทั่วโลก

หลักสูตร
1. หลักสูตร Chinese Medicine (including Acupuncture) เรียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
I. Program
The undergraduate program taught in English includes one major of: Chinese Medicine(including the acupuncture). Students passing all examinations will be conferred the degree of bachelor in medicine which is issued by the Education Ministry of China.
Taught and practiced in English, the program will be geared to international standards with varied and colorful course setting. The basic Western medicine courses will be taught together with the Chinese medicine courses.
II. Length of Schooling
5 years including 3 years of the basic courses, 1year of clinical courses and 1 year of clinical practive
III. Characteristics of the Program
All courses will be taught by the senior experts from home and aboard.
Taught in mall classes with occidental atmosphere, the students can study Chinese Medicine easily without language pressure.
Students will be guided by professor and experts in English during clinical practice period in best TCM hospitals of China.
2. หลักสูตรสาขา Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina/สาขา Clinical Chinese Medicine ใช้ภาษาจีนในการเรียนการสอน
The school adopt small class (no more than 10 students) teaching methods. Students will do the internship in the 4th and 5th academic year in BUCM’s affiliated hospitals. The school will provide two types of teaching schedule for students. Students can choose either according to their own needs.

6. NT Application form
Entrance Examination
1. Applicant for Preparatory Program are exempted.
2. Undergraduate Applicants are required to sit for a written Entrance Examination and to be interviewed. ฃ
3. Level6 HSK certificate(or above) holders are exempted from the Written Examination. Interview required.
4. BUCM Preparatory Program students on passing their Program Examination can enroll directly into Undergraduate Program
